The DappOps website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by DappOps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our explicit permission.
Deliverables
Upon full payment for our services, you will own all rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement provided to you. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to agreed-upon milestones.
If you fail to make payments when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services and retain ownership of all work until payment is received in full.
6. Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines will be established in your project agreement. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be adjusted due to:

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DappOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DappOps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving notice.
Upon termination:
You will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date
We will deliver all completed work for which payment has been received
Any confidentiality obligations will survive termination
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation, and if mediation is unsuccessful, to binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
