1. Cancellation Policy
At DappOps, we understand that circumstances change. You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice to our team. The following terms apply to cancellations:
- During the Initial Planning Phase: If you cancel within the first 7 days of signing our agreement and before any development work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
- During Development: If you cancel after development has begun, payment will be due for all completed work and milestones. Any prepaid amounts beyond completed work will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Late-Stage Cancellation: If you cancel when the project is over 75% complete (as determined by our milestone tracking), we reserve the right to bill for the entire project amount, as resources have been fully committed.
2. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties. Here's how refunds are processed:
- Satisfaction Guarantee: For new clients, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our initial work and communication during this period, you can request a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Milestone-Based Work: For projects with defined milestones, completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- Prorated Refunds: For ongoing work, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and resources allocated.
- Custom Enterprise Agreements: Enterprise clients with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their individual agreements.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact your assigned project manager or email info@dappops.com with your request
- Include your project name, contract number, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction when possible
4. Disputes
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, we are committed to finding a fair resolution. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved as outlined in our Terms of Service.
5. Modifications to This Policy
DappOps reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
